Everyone came to Book Club ready to have fun. It’s amazing how talented these ladies are, and how much fun we have together. Check out our two cuties in the front row. They got right in the groove with all the ladies.
Ok, sillies, be serious now! Hee Hee!
Impossible!
What a cutie pie! Cyndi’s little girl just got her ears pierced and she’s pretty happy about it.
Cyndi created a sweet picture frame for the occasion.
Cyndi’s two page layout for her daughter’s birthday. So cute! She looks just like Cyndi.
A wonderful Christmas layout by Cyndi.
Gaye created this fabulous invitation for a very special occasion. It’s going to be a destination wedding, which required lots of information, which is on the inside!
Alma spent some time on this beautiful Julie Nutting inspired paper doll girl. Isn’t she gorgeous!
Alma also stamped and colored these beautiful cards.
Yey! Judy created a cute canvas with the kit from last month.
Cynthia has been working on her fabulous art journal. Her cover is a wonderful example of what’s inside.
Annie used last month’s kit to create this incredible mermaid collage canvas.
This is one of Annie’s creative doodle pages from taking the Traci Bautista class. She talked about using it or something like it to cut-up for ATC’s or cards.
In the same Traci Bautista class, Annie hosted an Artist Trading Card, (ATC) Swap and these are just a few of the ATC’s she received in that swap. So cool!
Alicia and Kathren recently took a class at Paper Tales with Jenny Hernandez from The Polka Dot Pixie. The product they used to make this little Chickadee is called Creative Paper Clay. Don’t you just want to kiss those cute little chick lips!
Kathren created this sweet collage canvas! Yes, she used the kit from last month. The quote seems particularly meaningful these days.
Tricia created this adorable shadow box from last month’s kit. The picture doesn’t show it wonderful dimension.
Everyone gets something amazingly different from our kits.
Elena is in the process of creating a painting. This is her gorgeous background. Can’t wait to see what else she does with it.
Kathren made a card with some of the parts from the kit. This is so cute. Who wouldn’t love to receive that in the mail!
Kat can’t seem to get enough of the doodle art from Traci Bautista’s class.
Tricia created this beautiful Easter banner.
Monica used her silhouette to make these adorable glasses to decorate the tween section of the optometrist's office where she works.
And, Emmeline bought her book, Creative Pilgrimage. Yey! We were all so proud of her. Welcome to the club lady.
Here we are creating t-shirt yarn. Elena taught us an easy peezy way to cut the t-shirt into one long string. Well, once you learn it, it’s easy!
We couldn’t just simply make yarn, we had to get totally goofy too. It was a lot of fun putting on our crop tees and headbands, as you can see from the pictures. We had yarn everywhere!
You just never can tell what’s going to get this group turned on!
Yup! It was the t-shirt yarn!
Here’s our kit for the month. We received a giant crochet needle for the t-shirt yarn. I hope someone makes something.
We also received star-shaped Punchinello, a canvas, Crazy Tackz, Washi Tape from sei, and several different styles of green ribbon for St. Patty’s Day.
